2.  The start and finish of the promotion/ad
2.1 The AD will run from 00:00 GMT on 30 Oct 2021 (the “Starting date”) to 23:59 on 07 May 2022 (The “Finishing date”) Inclusive.​

3. The promotion/AD
3.1 The title of the promotion/ad is: “Free Coffee with Essar and PetrolPrices”
3.2 This Promotion will run throughout the full Tranmere rover’s away fixture season. During each away game Tranmere rovers fans traveling to away fixtures can claim a free coffee with a qualifying purchase of any road vehicle fuel to the value of £20. Or more at any participating Essar site on the date specified.

4. How to take part
4.1 To be accepted for the competition you must:

a)    Be a Tranmere Rovers Fan (identified with Tranmere shirt with Essar logo on the front or valid Tranmere FC away game ticket) 
b)    Have downloaded the PetrolPrices app to access the map of participating sites.
c)    £20 fuel purchase of any Road diesel, petrol, essar99, Super unleaded or super Diesel
d)    One coffee per purchase of fuel

4.2 Only Tranmere Rover fans who fill up at the site will receive a free coffee
4.3 We will not accept any entries dated outside the Tranmere rovers FC season fixture list.

6. Eligibility 
6.1 The competition is open to all Tranmere Rovers residents in the UK but is not open to:

a)    Non Tranmere Rovers fans 
b)    Fans that haven’t purchased any fuel

6.2 There is a limit of one entry to one entry per person and one vehicle. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not replied.

7. The prize “giveaway”
7.1 The prize claimed is a free coffee
7.2 The prize is subject to the availability of coffee 
7.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable
7.4 There is no cash alternative to the prize
7.5 In order to claim the prize you must fill up a limit of £20 with fuel at the participating Essar filling stations to receive a free coffee. 
7.6 Free coffee must be claimed at the time of fuel purchase
7.7 If you do not claim the prize at the time of your visits your claim will become invalid.

8. Limitation of liability
8.1 Essar reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time
8.2 Essar dealers reserve the right to withdraw from the promotion at any time
8.3 Essar reserves the right to remove any site from this promotion at any time 
8.4 Essar and its individual dealer sites reserve the right to refuse the free Coffee in the event that it believes any of the qualifying criteria haven’t been met
8.5 Free coffee at selected sites is subject to availability no substitute will be offered if the coffee give away is not available
8.6 No free coffee will be offered if the selected grade is not available

9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
