Terrible service. And a parcel I returned had been opened and the returned item taken and substituted for something else. Not an isolated incident based on local Facebook groups. Avoid.

Very rude. I have always avoided because they are always one of the most expensive but on one instance I went in to use the parcel return service. I was ignored at first then told by a man I had to wait because he couldn’t do it. His words were ‘you wait, I can’t do’ the guy did eventually come over and I was ignored again. He finally spoke to me. He was unable to send the parcel back. He was very rude. I swore as I walked out the door that I will never return.

The owner of this Service Station is really nice according to my husband. His problem stems from the grumpiest, rudest cashier I’ve EVER come across. Zero customer service and utterly vile to my poor elderly mother. I hope someone is as awful to him when he’s an old man! Sack him and all your problems will be over!!
