Late at night staff refuse to sell anything other than fuel and cigarettes. Cars heading to the mcdonalds next door speed across the forecourt and is an accident waiting to happen,needs speed bumps installed to keep everyone safe
Always overpriced compared to others nearby, no justification for the high price at all. Always too busy, due to the M&S in store and the Drive thru next door. Air/water pump is often blocked by people not using it or buying fuel. There are plenty of pumps, and the forecourt is spacious, the staff are friendly, and it is convenient for the M11 nearby.
Always a trouble getting in and out, que for far too long, never enough staff on tills, get held up be M&S Food customers doing their weekly shop. Poor traffic management. Site is too busy and too small
