Staff should be properly trained in till useage filed up wth fuel when to pay with my fuel card which I had used at the same station day before to my card had been declined till wanted vehicle ID I told the lady it always comes up you press a button on n the till and it clears she wouldn’t have it I was I was ok one I could pay cash iff it had been HGV driver with a large amount of fuel and no other form of payment what would have happened I asked to see a manager she said I am the manager
