The uplift for V-Power diesel compared to Fuelsave had increased from the 17p a litre it has been for some time to a massive 32p a litre and so the price was 184.9! . I asked the manager to explain how the fuel had changed to justify such an increase but he was unable to offer an explanation. On my way home I checked the prices at another Shell Station less than two miles away and found that they were charging the normal 17p uplift. I can only conclude that the explanation was profiteering.

Still paying 17p a litre extra for V-Power Diesel

The station is always clean and tidy and with eight pump positions you rarely have to queue. The shop is well stocked but goods are quite pricey. The uplift for the V-power diesel I use, is 17p a litre, which I think is a bit steep!
