Station staff couldn’t be be bothered to authorise a pump despite no one in office , it was bitterly cold out side so disappointing. On payment the lady behind the till had no idea took three attempts before she was happy “ go on bing to your hearts content “

A lot of pumps normally out of service and staff a bit grumpy, too busy chatting to each other when serving customers.

Half the pumps usually shut. Consistently closes before 10pm, even though supposed to be 24 hours

Almost always several pumps not working; the station is filthy and queues often v long. I avoid it as much as I can.
