This is a ESSO, not SHELL station

Been to a few times this month, found toilet not open, could not accept Yodel parcels due to terminal not working, another time would accept as told no more room to store them. When dropping of a parcel another time there was a queue to pay for petrol behind me so they asked me to stand aside and not serve me until they had served other customers. I am a customer too !

The Petrol is expensive as well as the car wash nearest cheapest garage is Asda at Lower Earley
