Pay at Pump hasn’t worked since Friday and the clueless cashiers on both occasions claim to have no idea that there’s a fault but are not interested in reporting it to be fixed. As a result, I and others have had to queue in the shop to pay and add to everyone’s time being wasted. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

The same for at least the last six visits…Printer not working at any of the “pay at pump” pumps so you have to wander all over the forecourt to find one that’s working.
